The Quintessential VA was founded by Tracy Jones. The Quintessential VA offers over 25 years of administrative and management consultancy experience. Tracy's background spans over 25 years of federal service working with all phases of administrative work including federal contracts and acquisition, calendar and email management, travel and conference planning, including C-Suite executive level support.
Tracy's entrepreneurial spirit along with her desire to inspire and motivate others lead her to The Quintessential VA . By sharing her administrative talents in assisting others to become the best they can be (sounds like the Army, right?), she can fulfill her desire of helping and inspiring others in the process.
Tracy is adept at learning new software, technology and gadgets (Tech & Gadget Nerd). By combining her experience, love of reading, research skills and technology, she is able to provide clients with exemplary skills and services.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Tracy holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a specialization in contracts and acquisition from Strayer University, as well as, a Master of Science Administration specializing in administration/organizational development from Trinity Washington University. Additionally, Tracy has participated in several leadership development programs and acquired additional specialized training along the way.
The Quintessential VA currently uses a variety of up-to-date software and office processes ensuring that clients receive the best service possible.
